A small business blog works best when its topics come from the decisions customers actually make. Write down questions from inquiries, product comparisons and after-purchase support. Remove customer names and private details. The remaining questions can reveal what your website has not explained yet. A useful starting month might cover choosing, preparing, using and maintaining a product, with each post serving a different stage.
Treat that as a way to choose your brief, rather than a requirement to publish four versions of one sales message. If two proposed posts would give almost the same answer, combine the idea and use the spare topic for a different question. Tell us which products or services deserve attention and which facts you can support. The monthly plan covers one brand, keeping the audience and voice connected across the four posts.
A fixed monthly scope
The Monthly blog plan is $147 USD per month for four blog posts, up to 1,000 words each, for one brand. Each post includes three title options and two revisions. You receive editable DOCX and TXT files. The plan is month to month. Payment details and the delivery schedule are confirmed by email before work starts; the one-off package turnaround should not be treated as the monthly schedule.
Choose a length that fits the answer. A practical explanation might need a short example and a clear sequence, while a comparison may need more room for exceptions. Up to 1,000 words is a ceiling for each post. If your planned article requires interviews, specialist research, translation or a major change in direction, raise that before starting so the scope can be discussed separately.
Make the review routine manageable
Before the month begins, gather your product links, current policies, audience notes and preferred tone in one place. Choose who will approve the facts. A clear point of review helps prevent a draft from collecting contradictory changes. You can flag a sentence as inaccurate, too formal or missing context; each comment gives a more useful direction than simply asking for it to sound better.
Review each post against its original question. Check that the opening answers it directly, the examples reflect your business and the ending points to a sensible next step. The included revisions stay within the agreed topic and direction. If your business changes an offer while a post is being drafted, explain exactly what changed and discuss the effect on scope rather than leaving the writer to infer a new offer.
Plan for the work around the writing
The monthly plan delivers manuscripts. Design, site building, publishing and account management are separate. Allow time on your side to check links, add the copy to your website and choose any images you have rights to use. You can agree a delivery schedule by email that leaves room for your own review. Four drafts do not automatically become four published pages without that final step.
After publishing, note which inquiries refer to a post and which reader questions remain unanswered. Those observations can help you choose the next brief. They do not establish that every inquiry came from the blog. No search ranking or sales outcome is guaranteed. If you only have one well-defined topic right now, a $47 one-off Standard post may fit better than creating a monthly commitment before you have enough material.
A closer look at the sample
This passage answers a small but real obstacle: what to do after abandoning a routine. A business blog can earn attention by helping with the moment when a reader gets stuck. It does not need to turn every paragraph into a product pitch.

It is $147 USD per month for four blog posts for one brand, up to 1,000 words each. Each post includes three title options and two revisions. The plan is month to month.
Can the four posts cover different businesses?
The listed monthly plan covers one brand. For several brands, more volume or a collaboration, contact Team & enterprise at support@grapheme.studio to discuss scope.
